Terms of Use, Privacy & Copyright

Effective October 10, 2026. Please read this carefully. It is a binding agreement.

Terms of Use · Refunds & Shipping · Copyright & Intellectual Property · Privacy Policy · Copyright Complaints

Terms of Use

Effective October 10, 2026. These Terms are a binding agreement. They include an arbitration clause and a class-action waiver in Section 24 that affect your legal rights. You can opt out of that clause as described there.

The short version (this summary is not a substitute for the full Terms below):

  • You must be 13 or older to use the Site. Free play needs no account and no personal information. Accounts, purchases, support contributions, the prize wheel and giveaways are for adults (18+), or for ages 13 to 17 only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision (giveaways are 18+ only).
  • Voxels, spins, XP and every other game item are for fun. They have no cash value, cannot be cashed out or traded for money, and may change or reset. Beta features may not save your progress.
  • The Seer, the dice and the prize wheel are entertainment. They are not advice, and nothing of real-world value can be won from them.
  • Our 3D-printed products are display pieces, not toys. They can contain small parts and magnets. Keep them away from children under 3.
  • No bots, cheating, scraping, copying, reverse engineering, or using the Site to train AI.
  • Disputes: Texas law, informal talk first, then individual arbitration (with a 30-day opt-out).

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Voxel Forge 3D Prints, a business located in Texas, USA, owned and operated by Deck Dynasty TCG LLC, doing business as Voxel Forge 3D Prints (“Voxel Forge”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They apply to voxelforge3dprints.com and everything on it, including our online store, our digital file downloads, the Voxhaven game world and every game, mini game, page, tool, account feature, leaderboard, prize wheel, fortune and dice feature, giveaway, image, video, sound and piece of software we provide (together, the “Site”). They also work together with these separate documents, which are part of the agreement: our Privacy Policy, our Refund, Shipping & Returns Policy, the Official Rules of any giveaway, and the license that comes with any digital file you buy. By clicking “I agree”, creating an account, buying anything, entering a giveaway, or using the Site in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who may use the Site (age rules).

  • Free play (13 and older). You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. You may browse and play the free parts of the Site without an account and without giving us any personal information. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Site, and do not send us personal information.
  • Accounts, purchases, support contributions, the prize wheel and giveaways (18 and older). Creating an account, buying products or digital files, making a support contribution on the Lucky Vault or Donate page, using the prize wheel, and entering a giveaway are for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you are 13 to 17, you may do these things (except enter a giveaway) only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where the law allows it, and your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms for you, is responsible for your activity, and must be the person who pays. Giveaways are open only to people who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher); a parent cannot enter on a minor’s behalf.
  • Age checks. When you create an account we may ask you to confirm your age with a neutral age screen. If the screen shows you are under 13 we will not let you continue, and we do not keep the birth year you enter. Where money or identity is involved (for example, a giveaway entry), we may ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older by ticking a box. You promise that what you tell us about your age is true. If we learn that someone is under 13, or has used a feature without the permission these Terms require, we may close the account and delete the data (see our Privacy Policy).
  • Residency. Our store ships to the addresses described in our Refund, Shipping & Returns Policy. Giveaways are limited to the places stated in their Official Rules.
  • If you use the Site for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Accounts and security. Some features need an account. You agree to give accurate information, to use one account only, to keep your login private, to choose a strong password you do not use elsewhere, and to tell us right away at the contact address below if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share, sell, rent, lend, trade or transfer an account. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts, and change or remove nicknames and avatars, at our discretion, including for names that are offensive, impersonate others, include personal information, or infringe someone’s rights. You may ask us to delete your account at any time. We may delete accounts that have been inactive for a long time (at least 12 months), after giving 30 days’ notice to the account email where we have one.

4. License to use the Site. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own non-commercial, personal enjoyment, and to buy products. All rights not expressly given are reserved by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of our content, software or Virtual Items (defined below) to you. The section called “Copyright & Intellectual Property” below explains what is protected and what is allowed.

5. What you may not do. You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

  • copy, download for reuse, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, lend or publicly display any part of the Site, its code, art, characters, sounds, text, maps, layouts, designs or game systems, except the temporary copies your browser makes to show the Site to you, and the limited sharing allowed in the Copyright section;
  • decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, deobfuscate, derive the source code or underlying rules of, or create derivative works or clones from, the Site or any game on it;
  • use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, bot, macro, script, auto-clicker or other automated means to access or interact with the Site, to play, to claim rewards or spins, to enter giveaways, or to collect, mine or extract data or content, without our prior written permission, or use any trick designed to make automated activity look human or to get past anti-bot or security checks;
  • use the Site, its content or its data to train, fine-tune, test or build any machine-learning, artificial-intelligence or similar system, or allow anyone else to do so;
  • cheat, exploit bugs, use multiple accounts to gain an advantage, tamper with or edit saved data, browser storage, memory, timers or network traffic, use the browser console or developer tools to change game values, create or use hacks, mods or unauthorized tools, or otherwise get Voxels, spins, XP, items, prizes or progress that you did not legitimately earn. If you find a bug, please report it to us instead of using it;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers or networks, probe or test for vulnerabilities without our written permission, bypass security or access controls, or introduce malware;
  • frame or mirror the Site, copy it to another website or app, or use our names, logos or art to suggest you are connected with us;
  • harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other people, or post anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that shares someone’s private information;
  • sell, trade, transfer or buy accounts, Voxels, items or progress for real money or for anything of value outside the Site;
  • use the Site in violation of any law, or in any way we reasonably believe harms us, other players or our business.

Security researchers: if you find a security problem, tell us at the contact address below, give us reasonable time to fix it, and do not access other people’s data, disrupt the Site, or publish details until we have had a chance to respond. We will not take legal action over good-faith research that follows these rules.

6. Your content, nicknames and messages. If you send, post or submit anything to us (for example names, nicknames, avatars, messages, contact-form entries, photos, drawings, fan art or feedback), you keep your rights in it, and you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, edit, display and adapt it in connection with operating, improving and promoting the Site and our business. For a nickname, message or contact request this license lasts until the item is deleted, except that we may keep copies in backups and records for a reasonable time and for legal reasons. For feedback, ideas and suggestions about the Site, we may use them freely with no payment or credit. You promise that you have the right to submit what you send and that it does not break any law or anyone’s rights. We may filter, review, remove or block content, including personal information such as phone numbers and payment card numbers and offensive language, but we are not required to monitor everything. Never share personal or payment information in any message, nickname or public field. If you send us a photo or story about a product for us to share, we will ask your permission first.

7. Intellectual property and AI-assisted art. The Site and its content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws, as explained in the “Copyright & Intellectual Property” section. Some of our art and other content is created with the help of artificial-intelligence tools, under human direction, selection and editing by us. We claim every right the law gives us in that work. Do not copy it, and do not use it to train AI. Third-party names that may appear on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any other game, brand, company or franchise.

8. Voxels, spins, XP, items and other virtual things. Voxels, spins, XP, skill levels, resources, items, bases, buildings, characters, cosmetics, titles, frames, member-only currencies and perks, leaderboard positions, prizes won in a game, and similar virtual things (“Virtual Items”) are part of a game for entertainment. By using them you agree to all of the following:

  • No cash value. Virtual Items are not money, property or stored value, and are not a financial product. They cannot be redeemed for money, coupons, discounts or products, and they cannot be cashed out.
  • No ownership; limited license. You do not own Virtual Items. You receive a limited, revocable license to use them in the Site while it operates. This is true even if you got them with real money.
  • No selling or trading for money. You may not sell, buy, trade or give away Virtual Items, accounts or progress for real money or anything of value outside the Site, and you may not use another service to do so. Transfers inside the Site happen only where we offer them.
  • They may change. We may change, rebalance, limit, reset, convert or remove Virtual Items, features, areas, prices, drop rates or the whole game at any time, with or without notice. If we do this for features you paid for, we will treat it fairly and as the law requires, but we are not otherwise required to compensate you.
  • Beta features and saving progress. Some features are in beta or “coming soon”. They may be unfinished, may have bugs, may be reset or removed, and may not save your progress at all (the fishing game, for example, currently does not reliably save progress). Progress stored only in your browser can be lost when you clear your browser data, switch devices or browsers, or when we update the Site. Even saved progress is not guaranteed. Do not spend money in expectation that beta progress will be kept.
  • Free play stays free. Basic play does not require spending. Rewards in the games are earned inside the Site and given only inside the Site. Spins and similar free rewards are available through free play, such as daily rewards and milestones. We do not hide free rewards behind a payment.
  • Buying Virtual Items. If we sell Voxels or other Virtual Items for real money, the price will be shown in U.S. dollars before you pay, the purchase will be one-time unless we clearly say otherwise before you pay, and our Refund, Shipping & Returns Policy explains refunds. If anything you pay for gives a random result, we will publish the chances before you pay.
  • Leaderboards. We aim to rank leaderboards by things you cannot buy. Leaderboards may be corrected, reset or hidden at any time, and we may remove entries that result from cheating or bugs. Your nickname and level may be shown publicly unless you hide yourself in your account settings.
  • Account closure. If your account is closed for violating these Terms, your Virtual Items are lost. If you close your account yourself, they are lost when it is deleted.

9. The prize wheel (Lucky Vault) and chances. The Lucky Vault prize wheel and similar features give in-game results only: Voxels, spins, XP, cosmetics and other Virtual Items. Nothing of real-world value, such as cash, coupons, discount codes, free shipping, gift cards or products, can be won from them. You can get spins for free through daily and play-based rewards, so no payment is needed to spin or to win any prize on the wheel. We publish the chances for each result on the prize wheel page, and the published chances are the real chances. Results are random and every spin is independent; past results do not change future chances. Results are decided by the Site’s software. We may adjust spin limits, rewards and chances going forward, and the published chances will be updated first. Any bonus spins or Voxels that come with a support contribution are a thank-you with no cash value (see Section 10), not something you are buying.

10. Support contributions (“donations”). Voxel Forge 3D Prints is a for-profit business, not a charity. Money you give through the Donate or Lucky Vault page (a “support contribution”) is a voluntary gift to support our work. Support contributions are not tax-deductible, are not charitable donations, and are not payments for goods or services. We do not promise that you will receive anything in return. Any in-game thank-you, such as bonus spins or Voxels, has no cash value and may change. Support contributions are non-refundable except if the charge was a mistake or unauthorized and you contact us within 30 days of the charge, in which case we will refund it. Contributions are one-time unless you choose a recurring option, which will be clearly labelled with its amount and schedule before you pay, and you can cancel it at any time through the confirmation email or by contacting us. Support contributions are made through Squarespace and its payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal), whose terms also apply. They must be made by an adult (see Section 2).

11. The Seer, fortune and dice features: entertainment only. Ask the Seer, the dice tray, fortune rolls, the prize wheel and similar features are fictional entertainment. The Seer is a game character, not a real fortune teller, adviser or professional. Answers and results are random or pre-written, are not predictions, and are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, relationship or any other kind of advice. Do not rely on them for any decision. If you need help with something serious, talk to a qualified professional or, in an emergency, call your local emergency number. These features are not gambling: you cannot wager or win anything of real-world value, and we do not accept bets. We do not record or store the questions you type to the Seer, so please do not type personal information anyway.

12. Giveaways and prizes. Giveaways are governed by their own Official Rules posted with each giveaway; if there is a conflict, the Official Rules control for that giveaway. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Buying products, making a support contribution, spending Voxels, having a membership or a higher game level, or owning any Virtual Item does not improve your chances and does not give extra entries. Giveaway prizes are physical or other real-world items and are separate from the game. Giveaways are open only to people who are 18 or older and located in the places stated in the Official Rules; void where prohibited. Entries that are fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or from ineligible people will be disqualified. We are not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete or not received. Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by TikTok, Instagram or any other platform where we may announce or run them.

13. Orders, payments and shipping. Products are made to order or in small batches and are sold subject to availability. Prices, descriptions, photos and availability can change and may contain errors; we may cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud or an obviously wrong price, and will refund you in full if we cancel a paid order. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We collect and pay sales tax where the law requires it. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Squarespace, Stripe, PayPal and others), not by us, and we do not see or store your full card details. Shipping times are estimates, not promises. Colors, finishes and small surface details of 3D-printed items vary from photos and from item to item, and visible layer lines and small imperfections are normal for 3D printing. Please read our Refund, Shipping & Returns Policy, which is linked at checkout and is part of these Terms. If you dispute a charge with your bank, please contact us first so we can fix it quickly.

14. Product safety and intended use. Our products are display and collectible pieces. They are not toys. They may contain small plastic parts, small magnets that can come loose, and sharp points or edges. CHOKING HAZARD: keep away from children under 3 years old. Swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injury: if a magnet is swallowed, get medical attention immediately. The products are not intended for children under 14 and adult supervision is recommended for anyone else. Handle with care. They are not safety equipment, tools, or load-bearing items. Follow the warning label and instructions that come with each product, and pass the warnings on if you give a product as a gift. If you notice a defect or safety problem, stop using the product and contact us. You can also report a safety concern to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at SaferProducts.gov. If we learn of a safety issue with a product, we will tell affected customers where we can.

15. Digital files. Digital 3D print files and similar downloads are licensed, not sold. The license that comes with the file you buy (Personal Use, 1-Year Commercial or Lifetime Commercial) sets out what you may do; if it conflicts with these Terms, the license controls for that file. You may not share, resell or upload the files themselves. Commercial licensees who sell printed items must include the written safety warnings with every unit sold. We do not promise that a file will print successfully on your printer or settings. Digital files are delivered immediately and are generally not refundable after download (see our Refund, Shipping & Returns Policy).

16. Third-party services and links. The Site uses services from other companies, such as Squarespace (hosting and the store), Supabase (accounts and game data), Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection), payment processors, and font and video providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do. We may post or run content on TikTok, Instagram and other platforms, and those platforms’ rules apply there. The Site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for them, and a link is not an endorsement.

17. Electronic communications and signatures. You agree to do business with us electronically. You consent to receive notices, disclosures and agreements about the Site by email, by posting on the Site, or inside the game, and you agree that these satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing, including under the federal E-SIGN Act. Clicking “I agree”, ticking a box, or creating an account is your electronic signature. You need a device with internet access and a current web browser and email address. You may ask for a paper copy of a notice or withdraw your consent to electronic notices by contacting us, though we may then be unable to provide some features. We send marketing email only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We will still send service messages such as order and account notices.

18. Copyright complaints. We follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See “Copyright Complaints (DMCA)” below for how to report infringement and how to send a counter-notice.

19. Termination. You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend, restrict or end your access, close your account, and remove content or Virtual Items at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, cheating, fraud, risk to other players or the Site, or legal reasons, with or without notice and without liability, except as required by law. If we end your access without cause, we will refund the unused part of anything you paid for that has no separate refund rule. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive, including those on ownership, restrictions, Virtual Items, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes.

20. Disclaimers. THE SITE, THE GAMES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT SAVED PROGRESS WILL NOT BE LOST, OR THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY BEYOND THOSE THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW US TO DISCLAIM AND ANY WRITTEN WARRANTY WE EXPRESSLY GIVE IN WRITING. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Some places do not allow some of these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

21. Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, VOXEL FORGE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, VIRTUAL ITEMS OR PROGRESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY MAY HAPPEN. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited, and some places do not allow the limits above, so they may not fully apply to you.

22. Indemnity. To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Voxel Forge and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and suppliers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your violation of these Terms or the law, or your violation of anyone else’s rights. This does not apply to claims caused by our own negligence or misconduct, and does not apply to minors where the law does not allow it (a parent or guardian who permitted the use is responsible instead).

23. Governing law. These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law where you live.

24. Disputes: informal resolution, arbitration and class waiver. Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to go to court and to join a class action.

  • (a) Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, send us an email at the contact address below describing the dispute, your contact details and what you want, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Most problems can be fixed this way.
  • (b) Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms (including its formation, scope and enforceability) will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court and not by a jury, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect when the claim is filed. The AAA’s rules and forms are at adr.org. The arbitration will be held in Collin County, Texas, or by video or phone, or by written submissions, at your choice. Where the AAA’s Consumer Rules provide that we pay certain fees and costs, we will pay them. The arbitrator must apply the law and these Terms, and may award any relief a court could on your individual claim.
  • (c) Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Either of us may go to court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property, or threats to the security of the Site, and may seek a court order (injunction) to prevent such harm while an arbitration is pending.
  • (d) No class actions. You and we may bring claims against each other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person. If this class waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim (and only that claim) will go to court instead of arbitration, as set out in (e).
  • (e) Venue for court cases. Any claim that is not sent to arbitration, or that is brought under the exceptions in (c), must be brought in the state courts located in Collin County, Texas, or, if federal jurisdiction exists, in the federal court whose district includes Collin County, and you and we consent to those courts’ jurisdiction and venue.
  • (f) Many similar claims. If 25 or more similar claims are filed against us by the same lawyers or group, the AAA will handle them in batches of up to 10 at a time, with fees and filing steps applied to each batch, to keep arbitration fair and efficient.
  • (g) Opt out. You may opt out of the arbitration and class-action parts of this section by emailing us within 30 days of the first time you agree to these Terms, with the subject line “Arbitration opt-out”, your name and the email or nickname you use on the Site. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
  • (h) Changes to this section. If we change this section in the future, the change applies only to claims that arise after the change, and you may reject it by emailing us within 30 days of the change.
  • (i) Minors. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian agrees to this section for you.
  • (j) If this section cannot be enforced. If any part of this section (other than the class waiver) is found unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest stays in force.

25. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms and our other policies from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is important, we will tell you by a notice on the Site, by asking you to agree again when you next visit, and, if you have an account, by email to the address on file where we have one. Changes apply going forward and do not apply to disputes already begun. Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not accept, stop using the Site and ask us to delete your account.

26. General.

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents they mention are our entire agreement with you about the Site and replace any earlier agreement or understanding about it.
  • Severability. If a part is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent needed and the rest stays in force.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign them, including in a sale or reorganization of the business.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for failing or delaying to perform because of events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, hosting or payment-provider failures, supply shortages, shipping carrier delays, strikes, war, terrorism, government action, cyber-attacks or pandemic.
  • No third-party beneficiaries. Except for the people we name in the limits of liability and indemnity, no one else has rights under these Terms.
  • Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation”.
  • Sanctions and export. You may not use the Site if you are subject to U.S. sanctions or located in an embargoed country.
  • Notices to you. We may notify you as described in Section 17. Notices to us must be sent to the contact details below.
  • California users. Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users may report complaints to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, by mail at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

27. Contact. Deck Dynasty TCG LLC (doing business as Voxel Forge 3D Prints), 5473 Blair Rd Ste 100 PMB 884738, Dallas, Texas 75231-4227, USA. Email: customerservice@voxelforge3dprints.com. Parents and guardians with questions about a child’s use of the Site may use the same address.

Refund, Shipping & Returns Policy

Effective October 10, 2026. This policy is part of our Terms of Use. It applies to everything sold or accepted through voxelforge3dprints.com. If something goes wrong with an order, email customerservice@voxelforge3dprints.com with your order number first; we want to fix it.

1. Orders, production and shipping.

  • Most products are 3D-printed to order or in small batches. Production usually takes 3 to 7 business days before shipping. Delivery times from carriers are estimates, not promises.
  • We ship to addresses within the United States. Enter your address carefully; we are not responsible for orders sent to an address you gave us that was wrong or incomplete, but we will help you try to fix it if the package has not shipped.
  • If we cannot ship on time. If we cannot ship within the time we stated, or within 30 days of your order if we stated none, we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
  • You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address on the order.
  • Sales tax is charged where the law requires it. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Cancelling an order. You can cancel an unshipped, standard order for a full refund by emailing us before it ships. Once production of a custom order has started, it can no longer be cancelled for a refund (see Section 4).

3. Returns and refunds for physical products (standard items).

  • You may return a standard (not custom) item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, if it is unused, complete, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Email us first with your order number and the reason. We will send you the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
  • Return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is because of our mistake, a defect or damage (Section 5). We recommend a tracked shipment, because we cannot refund items that are lost on the way back to us.
  • We refund the price of the item to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and check the return. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is because of our mistake, a defect or damage.
  • For safety, we cannot accept returns of items that are broken, modified, or have missing parts or magnets, unless they arrived that way.

4. Custom and made-to-order items. Items made to your specifications (for example custom colors, sizes, names or designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts, except if they arrive defective, damaged, or are not what we agreed to make. Please check your custom details before you order. If we need your approval before production, production starts when you approve.

5. Damaged, defective or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will, at your choice, replace it or refund it, and we pay the return or replacement shipping where we ask for the item back. A broken magnet, a cracked part or a significant print failure is a defect. Normal features of 3D printing are not defects: visible layer lines, tiny surface marks, small color variation from the photos or between batches, and slight size differences (about plus or minus 1 millimeter or as stated on the listing).

6. Digital files (3D print files and other downloads). Digital files are delivered immediately and are licensed, not sold. Because they cannot be returned, they are non-refundable after download, except where: (a) the file is corrupt or cannot be opened and we cannot fix it; (b) you were charged twice or bought the wrong tier by mistake and have not used the file, and contact us within 14 days; or (c) the law requires it. We cannot refund because a file did not print well on your printer or settings (we do not guarantee printability on any machine, material or slicer settings). If we refund a file, the license ends and you must delete the files. Commercial licenses are described in the license text for each tier.

7. Support contributions (“donations”). Support contributions on the Donate or Lucky Vault page are voluntary gifts to support our work. They are not refundable, except for a mistaken or unauthorized charge that you tell us about within 30 days, which we will refund. They are not tax-deductible. See Section 10 of the Terms.

8. Virtual items and Voxels. If we sell Voxels or other virtual items for real money, the price is shown before you pay. They are delivered right away to your account and are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where the charge was unauthorized or a mistake (tell us within 14 days), the item was not delivered or did not work as described, or the law requires a refund. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be cashed out or traded for money (see Section 8 of the Terms). If you buy through an app store in the future, the store’s refund rules also apply. Free rewards, spins and Voxels earned by playing are never refundable or exchangeable for money.

9. Memberships and subscriptions. We do not currently offer subscriptions. If we offer one in the future, the price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown clearly before you sign up, it will never be pre-selected, and you will be able to cancel at any time; cancellation will stop future charges, and refunds of past charges will follow the rules shown at sign-up and any law that applies.

10. Giveaway prizes. Giveaway prizes are not purchases, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are governed by the Official Rules of that giveaway. If a prize arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days.

11. How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card company may take several more business days to show them. If we cannot refund to the original method, we will agree another way with you. If a refund is for a taxable item, we refund the tax too.

12. Chargebacks and disputes. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most issues can be fixed within a day or two. Disputes that are fraudulent or abusive can lead to account closure and are handled under Section 24 of the Terms.

13. Product safety. Our products are display and collectible pieces, not toys. They may contain small parts and small magnets, and can have sharp edges. Keep them away from children under 3. If a magnet is swallowed, get medical attention immediately. Stop using any product that is broken, and contact us. If we find a safety problem with a product we will contact affected customers where we can and offer a refund or replacement.

14. Your legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law that cannot be waived, including any rights you have under your state’s consumer-protection laws.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

© 2026 Voxel Forge 3D Prints. All rights reserved.

The Site and everything on it are owned by Voxel Forge 3D Prints or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade-dress and other intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation: all software and source code, scripts and markup; game rules, systems, formulas, balance, quest and economy designs; maps, worlds, regions, levels and layouts; characters, creatures, items, cards and abilities; artwork, illustrations, sprites, animations, icons, banners, models, photographs and videos; music, sound effects and voices; text and story; product designs and 3D-print files; and the look and feel of the Site as a whole.

AI-assisted art notice. Some of the art and other content on the Site is made with the help of artificial-intelligence tools, under our human direction, selection, editing and arrangement. We claim all rights that the law gives us in that content, including in the human-authored parts, our edits, and the way works are selected and arranged, and in everything else we create (code, text, game design, product designs, photographs and more). Nothing in this notice gives anyone else any right to copy or use it.

Names and marks. “Voxel Forge”, “Voxel Forge 3D Prints”, “Voxhaven”, “Forge Valley”, “Rootstone Glen”, “Voxels”, and our logos, game titles, place names, character names and slogans are trademarks or trade names of Voxel Forge 3D Prints. We claim common-law rights in them in the United States; they are not registered federal trademarks unless we say so. You may not use them, or anything confusingly similar, without our written permission.

Other companies’ names. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any other game, brand, publisher or franchise. Any other names or marks that appear belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Prohibited uses. Without our prior written permission you may not copy, scrape, download, screen-capture for redistribution, record for commercial use, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, republish, sell, rent, host elsewhere, or create derivative works or look-alike games, tools or products from any part of the Site, and you may not use any of it to train, fine-tune or evaluate artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems. You may not circumvent technical protections on the Site, or remove copyright, trademark or other notices. Violations may result in account termination, legal action, damages, statutory remedies and recovery of attorneys’ fees as allowed by law.

Permitted sharing. Normal sharing is welcome. You may share a link to the Site, and post short screenshots or clips of your own play (including live streams and videos on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube or Twitch) with credit to “Voxel Forge 3D Prints” and a link to voxelforge3dprints.com, for non-commercial purposes, as long as you do not suggest we endorse you, do not present our work as yours, and do not share anything private such as other players’ personal information. Streamers may earn platform income from their own stream in the ordinary way. This permission can be withdrawn for any person at any time.

Your own fan content. If you make fan art or other work inspired by the Site, you keep your own original contributions, but anything made with our names, characters or art remains subject to our rights. We may allow it, ask you to change it, or ask you to stop. You may not sell it or use it for a product or an AI system without our written permission.

Digital files and printed products. Digital 3D print files are licensed under the license for the tier you bought. Printing a file for yourself does not give you the right to sell prints unless you bought a commercial tier. Physical products are sold to you; buying a product does not give you any right to copy its design or to use our names or marks.

Third-party materials. Fonts, libraries and services used on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used under their licenses (for example, open-licensed fonts from Google Fonts).

Reporting copying. If you believe someone is copying our work, please email us at customerservice@voxelforge3dprints.com with links and screenshots so we can act.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 10, 2026. This policy explains what personal information Voxel Forge 3D Prints collects through voxelforge3dprints.com and its games (the “Site”), why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

The short version:

  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising across other sites.
  • Free play needs no account and no personal information from you.
  • The Site is for people 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
  • We do not record or store the questions you type to the Seer.
  • You can ask us to see, fix or delete your information at any time.

1. Who is responsible. The business responsible for your information is Voxel Forge 3D Prints, Texas, USA, owned and operated by Deck Dynasty TCG LLC (“Voxel Forge”, “we”, “us”). Contact: customerservice@voxelforge3dprints.com, or by mail at 5473 Blair Rd Ste 100 PMB 884738, Dallas, Texas 75231-4227, USA. This policy is part of our Terms of Use.

2. Who this Site is for (children). You must be at least 13 to use the Site. Free play requires no account and we do not ask for personal information to play. Accounts, purchases, support contributions, the prize wheel and giveaways are for adults (18+), or for ages 13 to 17 only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision (giveaway entry is 18+ only). The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect, use or share personal information from children under 13. When you create an account we use a neutral age screen; if it shows you are under 13, we stop the sign-up and do not store the birth year you entered. A temporary marker in your browser session may remember that the screen was not passed so the same sign-up cannot simply be retried; it holds no personal information. If we learn that we hold personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly, and we will close any related account. Parents and guardians: if you believe your child under 13 has given us information, or you want to review or delete information about your 13-to-17-year-old, email us at the address above (subject: “Parent request”) and we will act on it, verifying your request as needed. If you are under 18, please use the Site with a parent or guardian.

3. Information we collect.

  • Orders and purchases. When you buy something we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give one), and order details. Payment card or bank details are collected and held by the payment provider (Squarespace payments, Stripe, PayPal), not by us; we receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card’s last four digits and brand.
  • Support contributions. Name, email and amount, handled by Squarespace and its payment providers in the same way.
  • Accounts. Your email address, your password (stored by our account provider only in scrambled, hashed form; we never see it in readable form), nickname, avatar or character choices, your sign-up and last-sign-in times, and, from our security logs, the IP address and device information used to sign in.
  • Game information tied to an account. Voxels, spins and spin history, XP and skill levels, daily and weekly reward status, quest progress, milestones, collected cards and items, prize wins list, saved game progress (such as Realm or fishing data, where saving is available), leaderboard level, your choice to hide yourself from leaderboards, and your notification preference.
  • Giveaway entries. Full name, email, confirmation that you are 18+ and in an eligible place, optional state, rules agreement, entry time and, for winners only, a shipping address and, where tax rules require, a tax form. We use account and email checks to prevent duplicate entries.
  • Messages. Anything you send us through a contact form, email or in-site message, including your name and email.
  • Email list. Your email if you opt in to giveaway alerts or news, and your choices about them.
  • Technical information. Collected automatically by Squarespace and our other providers: IP address, approximate location (city or region level, from the IP address), browser and device type, operating system, language, pages viewed, referring page, dates and times, and cookies or similar technologies (see Section 5). reCAPTCHA (see Section 6) also looks at signals such as mouse movements and device details on forms.
  • Social platforms. If you comment, follow or interact with us on TikTok, Instagram or elsewhere, we may see your public username and what you post publicly. That is governed by those platforms’ policies.

What we do not collect: the questions you type to the Seer; precise location; contacts or photos from your device; government ID numbers, bank or full card numbers; biometric data; or information we know to be from children under 13. Please do not put personal information in nicknames, messages or the Seer.

4. Free play versus accounts. If you play without an account, your progress and settings are kept only in your own browser (local or session storage) and do not reach our servers. If you create an account, your game information (Section 3) is stored on our account provider’s servers so it can follow you. Clearing your browser data erases progress that is stored only on your device. Some beta features may not save progress at all.

5. Cookies and browser storage. We use cookies and similar storage for the following purposes. We do not use them for cross-site advertising.

  • Necessary to run the Site: Squarespace cookies for the shopping cart, checkout, security, and site functions; and our own storage that keeps you signed in (the account session token in local or, if you choose not to be remembered, session storage), your “Remember me” choice, and the record that you accepted our Terms (key vfTerms, with the version and the time you agreed).
  • Preferences and game state: keys that begin with “vf”, such as your site mode (Game Mode or Standard Store), whether you have started or skipped intros, sound settings, your nickname and avatar, Voxels and spins, daily and weekly rewards, streaks, quests, cards, skills, fortune rolls, collected wins, and fishing progress. Some of these are kept only until you close the tab (session storage).
  • Analytics: Squarespace Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. This helps us improve the Site.
  • Anti-abuse: Google reCAPTCHA on forms.

You can block or delete cookies and storage in your browser settings; the Site, cart and sign-in may stop working properly. If a cookie banner is shown, you can use it to choose which non-essential cookies to allow. Where the law requires your consent for non-essential cookies (for example for visitors in the EU or UK), we ask for it first.

6. Third-party services that handle your information. We use service providers to run the Site. They may use your information only to provide their service to us, under their own terms and privacy policies:

  • Squarespace (website hosting, store, checkout, forms, analytics, email campaigns where used);
  • Supabase (account sign-in and game data storage);
  • Stripe, PayPal and other payment processors (payments and fraud checks);
  • Google (reCAPTCHA spam protection, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service; Google Fonts; and our email provider, Google Workspace, if used);
  • Shipping carriers and label services (to deliver your order);
  • Video and content hosts (such as TikTok embeds, if shown on a page);
  • Accountants, tax and legal advisers, where needed.

7. How we use your information, and why (legal bases).

  • To run the store, take payments and ship your orders, and to handle returns and support. (To perform our contract with you.)
  • To run accounts and games, save your progress and show leaderboards. (To perform our contract with you.)
  • To run giveaways, pick winners, contact them and send prizes. (Contract and legal obligation.)
  • To answer your messages. (Legitimate interests, or your request.)
  • To send emails you opted in to, such as giveaway alerts. (Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.)
  • To keep the Site secure, prevent cheating, fraud, bots and abuse, and enforce our Terms. This can include restricting accounts that look automated or cheating. A person reviews significant actions where practical. (Legitimate interests and legal obligation.)
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it. (Legitimate interests, or your consent where required.)
  • To meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal duties, and to respond to legal requests. (Legal obligation.)

We do not use your information to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you by automated means alone.

8. Who we share it with. We share personal information only with the providers listed above for the purposes described; with a winner’s details as needed to deliver a prize or meet legal rules (and, with a winner’s consent where required, their first name and city or username announced publicly); if required by law, subpoena or legal process; to protect rights, safety and security (including to investigate fraud or cheating); and with a buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganized, who must honor this policy. Your nickname, avatar and level may be shown publicly on leaderboards unless you hide yourself in your account settings. We do not sell personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by U.S. state privacy laws. We have not done so in the last 12 months.

9. How long we keep information.

  • Order and payment records, and prize and giveaway-winner records: 7 years, for tax, accounting and legal reasons.
  • Giveaway entries of people who did not win: until 12 months after the giveaway ends.
  • Accounts and game data: until you ask us to delete the account or it is deleted for long inactivity (at least 12 months, after notice). Deleted data is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within a reasonable period after that.
  • Messages and support emails: up to 3 years.
  • Email-list subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a record of your opt-out so we respect it.
  • Security and server logs: a short period, typically up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate abuse.

We may keep information longer if the law requires, or to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. After that we delete or de-identify it.

10. Your choices and rights. We give the following rights to everyone, wherever you live, even where a particular law does not require it of us:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy in a common format.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your information and account (we may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as order records).
  • Opt out of any sale or sharing for advertising (we do not do either), and of any targeted advertising or profiling that has legal effects (we do not do either).
  • Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
  • Object or restrict certain uses, where the law gives you that right.
  • Not be treated unfairly for using your rights. We will not deny service or change prices because you exercised a privacy right.

How to ask. Email customerservice@voxelforge3dprints.com with the subject “Privacy request” (or write to the mailing address above), and tell us what you want and which email or nickname you use on the Site. We will confirm it is you (for example by emailing the address on the account) before sharing or deleting anything. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. We respond within 45 days (or sooner, or as the law requires), and tell you if we need more time or cannot do something and why. Appeals: if we decline a request, you can reply with the subject “Privacy appeal” and we will review it again within 60 days. If you are in Texas and still disagree, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.

11. Notice for Texas residents. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may give Texas residents rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of their personal data and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We offer these rights to everyone as described in Section 10. We do not sell personal data or process it for targeted advertising. We do not sell sensitive personal data.

12. Notice for California residents (notice at collection). This section applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) applies to us; we follow it voluntarily for all users. In the last 12 months we collected the following categories: identifiers (name, email, address, IP address, account and device IDs); customer records (shipping and billing details); commercial information (purchases and support contributions); internet or network activity (pages viewed, game activity); approximate geolocation (from IP address); and inferences limited to game and security purposes. We collect them from you, from your device, and from our payment and service providers; we use them for the purposes in Section 7; we disclose them to the service providers in Sections 6 and 8 for business purposes; we keep them as described in Section 9. We do not collect sensitive personal information other than account login credentials (email and password, held by our account provider) and, for payments, account access to the payment providers, which we use only to provide the service. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16. California residents may also ask which categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing (Shine the Light, Civil Code §1798.83): we disclose none. To use your rights, see Section 10.

13. Visitors from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. The Site is aimed at users in the United States and we do not intentionally offer goods or services to people in the EEA, UK or Switzerland or monitor their behavior. If you use the Site from there anyway, our legal bases are in Section 7, and in addition to Section 10 you may complain to your local data-protection authority. Your information is processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, those transfers rely on safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses. We have not appointed a representative in the EU or UK because we do not target those regions.

14. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Site does not track you across other websites and does not run advertising trackers, so there is nothing to opt out of; we treat browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing, and we honor them.

15. Email. We send marketing or giveaway-alert email only if you opted in. Each such email includes our mailing address and a one-click way to unsubscribe. We still send service emails, such as order confirmations, account and password messages, and legal notices.

16. Security and breaches. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls on our database. No website or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires (for Texas residents, without unreasonable delay and within the time Texas law allows).

17. International transfers. Our providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different privacy laws than yours.

18. Links and other sites. The Site may link to or embed other sites and platforms (such as TikTok). We do not control them and this policy does not apply to them.

19. Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above, and if the changes are important we will tell you on the Site and, if you have an account, by email where we have one. We will not use information we already hold in a materially new way without telling you first, and getting your consent where required.

20. Contact. Questions, requests, appeals or complaints: customerservice@voxelforge3dprints.com, or Deck Dynasty TCG LLC (doing business as Voxel Forge 3D Prints), 5473 Blair Rd Ste 100 PMB 884738, Dallas, Texas 75231-4227, USA.

Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respect the rights of creators and follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent:

  • Designated Agent: Copyright Agent, Deck Dynasty TCG LLC (doing business as Voxel Forge 3D Prints)

  • Email: customerservice@voxelforge3dprints.com (subject: “DMCA Notice”)

What your notice must include. (1) Your physical or electronic signature (the signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner); (2) a description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (3) a description of the material you claim infringes and where it is on the Site (the URL), with enough detail for us to find it; (4) your name, address, telephone number and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. Notices that do not include these items may not be acted on.

What we do. When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material, we will try to tell the person who posted it, and we may give them a copy of your notice (including your contact details). Please do not send a notice unless you are sure: a person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, can be liable for damages, costs and attorneys’ fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-notice. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have a right to use it, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent above containing: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) a description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal; (3) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where you live (or, if you are outside the United States, any district where we can be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person’s agent. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will send it to the person who filed the notice, and we may restore the material in not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days, unless that person tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers. We will close the accounts and block the access of people who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances.

Other rights complaints. For trademark, privacy or other legal complaints that are not about copyright, email us at the contact address above with details, and we will review them.
