1. Sponsor. Voxel Forge 3D Prints (Texas, USA), TikTok @voxelerror. Contact: customerservice@voxelforge3dprints.com. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Members of the Sponsor’s household are not eligible. Entrants must provide a working email address so the Sponsor can contact them.
3. Entry period. The entry period lasts one (1) week. It starts when the giveaway is announced on TikTok and on this website, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on the night before the live contest. The exact start and end are stated in the announcement. The Sponsor may extend the entry period and will post any change on this page.
4. How to enter. During the entry period, complete the entry form on this website (the “Enter the giveaway” page). You must provide a valid email address and a TikTok handle or display name (this is how you will be shown on the public contestants list), and confirm that you are 18 or older, live in the United States, and agree to these Official Rules. Limit one entry per person; duplicate entries are removed. There is no limit on the number of entrants. Following the Sponsor’s TikTok account is welcome but not required. The optional newsletter and advertisement tick boxes have no effect on your chance of winning.
5. Entry record. After the entry period ends, the Sponsor compiles every valid entry from the entry form into one numbered list (by submission time) and removes duplicates, fake entries and entries that break these rules. Entries submitted after the entry period ends are not counted. Names are shown exactly as entrants typed them, and the complete list is shown in the live contest video and on the contestants list on this website. Anyone who believes their valid entry was missed must contact the Sponsor within 48 hours after the list is shown; after that, the list is final. Entry order does not affect eligibility or the chance of winning. It is used only to number the gems and to break any tie in the Sponsor’s list.
6. Gems. Each valid entry has its display name written on a gem. The Sponsor performs all tosses and the die roll, so entrants cannot influence the result.
7. The toss. Live, in successive rounds, the gems are tossed toward the (contest target) from a marked line. With large numbers of entries, gems may be tossed in batches from the same line under the same conditions, and all gems in a round are ranked together. Distance is measured on camera from the (contest target) to the nearest part of each gem. A gem that lands on the (contest target) or its base automatically advances and counts toward the number of spots in that round. The remaining spots go to the closest gems. Each round, the closest half of the remaining gems, rounded up, advance — until 6 finalists remain. If more gems land on the (contest target) or base than there are spots, only those gems are tossed again to decide which advance.
8. Small fields and ties. If a stage would leave fewer than 6 gems, the closest 6 advance. If there are 6 or fewer gems at any point, the giveaway moves straight to the next stage. A gem that cannot be measured is tossed again once, and if it still cannot be measured it counts as the farthest. Gems tied at a cutoff are tossed again.
9. The final roll. A number from 1 to 6 is written on each of the 6 finalist gems. A six-sided die is rolled on camera. The gem whose number matches the die wins. If the die lands cocked or off the rolling surface, it is rolled again. If there are fewer than 6 finalists, the die is rolled until it matches a finalist.
10. Schedule. The contest is one live broadcast on TikTok. It is held on the Monday following the end of the entry period, or on another day the owner (the “Forge Master”) announces on TikTok and on this website, at the time stated in the announcement (normally 8:00 PM Central). The toss and the final roll all happen back to back in that single live video. The Sponsor aims to announce the winner and ship the prize within a few days after. The Sponsor may adjust the date or time if needed and will post any change on TikTok and on this page.
11. Prize. (Item to be given away) (approximate retail value: (amount)), shipped free within the United States. If the prize cannot be provided, the Sponsor may substitute a similar one. No cash value. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
12. Winner notification. The winner will be contacted by email (and may also be contacted by TikTok message) and must respond within 48 hours, confirm they are eligible and agree to these rules, and provide a US shipping address. If the winner does not respond or is not eligible, the die is rolled again among the other finalists.
13. Conditions. Entries from bots, or that are fake, duplicate, or use offensive or misleading display names, are not valid. The winner’s display name may be shown in the winner announcement. The Sponsor may cancel or change the giveaway if it cannot run as planned, and the Sponsor’s decisions are final. By entering, you release TikTok and the Sponsor from liability arising from participation or from the prize, to the extent allowed by law.
14. Privacy and your information. The Sponsor collects the email address and display name you submit in order to run this giveaway, to contact the winner, and to show your display name on the contestants list. Your email address is never shown publicly and is not sold. If you tick the optional boxes, the Sponsor may also send you the newsletter (product updates, coupons and giveaway news) and/or advertisements and special offers; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails. Ticking or not ticking those boxes does not affect your chance of winning. To ask for your information to be deleted, email customerservice@voxelforge3dprints.com. Entry forms are processed by the Sponsor’s website host, Squarespace.
15. Changes to these rules. The Sponsor may update these Official Rules if needed to keep the giveaway clear or fair to enter (for example, allowing colors beyond the four originally listed). Any change will be posted on this page.
16. Release and limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsor, its owner, employees and agents, and TikTok from all claims, losses, damages and injuries of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or from the prize, including its acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, and including any choking, magnet-swallowing or other injury. The prize is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete or not received; for TikTok outages or errors; for deleted, hidden or restricted comments; or for prizes lost or delayed in shipping. The Sponsor’s total liability for any claim is limited to the retail value of the prize. If any part of these rules is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
17. Safety warnings. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Small parts. Not for children under 3 years. WARNING: The prize contains small, powerful magnets. Swallowed magnets can stick together inside the body and cause serious injury. It is not a toy and is not intended for children under 14. Keep away from young children and pets, and follow the safety notice included with the prize. By entering, and by accepting the prize, the entrant accepts responsibility for the use, storage and supervision of the prize.
18. Governing law. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
